The clock seems to have turned backwards for the star, who looks a decade younger with her new bangs.
Ash, who is making a 'comeback' to the big screen with director Sanjay Gupta's "Jazbaa', bagged the coveted cover shoot for Vogue magazine where she spills the deets on motherhood.
The star makes a strong and bold statement splashed right across the magazine's cover that reads, 'Comeback? I never went away'.
And rightly so. In an interview with the magazine, the star insists that all she took was a maternity break and that she wished she had some more time for it.
In the interview with Vogue, Aishwarya said, "Yes, there was a maternity leave, just like any other working woman—in fact, I was working right up to my sixth month, with my various product endorsements and other stuff. There were no movies, obviously."
Movies or no, the actress was upto only good by focusing on matters of the heart and helping the less fortunate through her charity organisation.
To read more of the interview and own the beautiful photos, you'll just have to pick up a copy of the magazine for yourself.
