Director Umesh Shirupalli’s upcoming multilingual horror film “Fear the Fear”, which will be simultaneously made in Telugu and Hindi, will feature a bevy of American Broadway and television actors. “It will be for the first time that a film with same story will be shot for Indian as well as international audiences. Instead of making different versions of the film, we plan to shoot simultaneously with different actors to suit the language sensibilities,” Umesh, who will be directing and producing the film, told IANS.
Actors Jonas Barranca, Carolyn Cutillo, Sandra Bates, Tommy Walker and Laura Pellogio constitute the international cast. “The American actors are already on their way to India. We start shooting from Sunday in Ramoji Film City. While most of the film will be shot in Ramoji studio, we also plan to shoot some important sequences in Ooty,” he said.
