B-Town 'Filmistaan' is Rocking at the Box-Office

Nitin Kakkar's  Filmistaan has managed to generate better business on the fourth day since its release than it did on its opening day.

compares to opening day.

The movie was released on 6th June, collected Rs 55 lakh on Monday itself.

Bollywood movie Filmistaan that explores Indo-Pak relationship with good comedy elements had collected Rs 51 lakh on opeing day. The cinema Filmistan colletions increased over the weekend and is still doing good at Bollywood Box office.

"Filmistaan is better on Monday than Friday. Friday - 51 lacs, Saturday - 1.04Cr, Sunday - 1.26Cr, Monday - 54.1 lacs. Total: (Rs) 3.35 crores net. India biz. ROCK STEADY!," trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter on Tuesday.

The movie star's Sharib Hashmi and Inaamulhaq.Bollywood Star's Amitabh Bachchan, Vidhu Vinod Chopra are praised the film's cast and crew.

the film was awarded as the best feature film in Hindi at the 60th National Film Awards 2012.The movie Filmistaan also bagged a special jury award in 2012 at the Busan International Film Festival and 'The Silver Crow Pheasant Award' for best debut movie at the International Film Festival of Kerala.
