ISKCON to build world's tallest temple of Krishna



ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) is doing the pioneering achievement at Mathura to build the world's tallest temple and Madhura is the birth place of Lord Krishna. The temple will be 700 feet high-rise building ranges over a space of 5.5 acres and also it has 70 floors. The ISKCON is hopeful to finish the work in next 5 years.


The high skyscraper holy place named Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, has a exclusive architectural feature that musically fusions the fundamentals of Indian traditional temple structural design of Nagara style and the elements of modern architecture. According to news from ISKCON, It will be the soaring place of worship wherever in the World.




This prestigious project will budget more than Rs 300Cr and ISKCON is expecting the raise the money from the devotees. The majestic temple is hemmed in by about 30Cr of wooded zone that set up re-formed forestry of Braj. The original basis books of Lord Krishna culture similar to the Srimad Bhagavatam and other ancient texts describe twelve verdant afforests (Dwadashakanana) that were current during the time of Lord Sri Krishna.


The ISKCON is preparation to re-form Dwapara Yug, in which Lord Krishna was born in the locations of the temple. The venture is set in 62 acres of land and takes account of 12 acres for parking and a helipad. On the word of its architects, the holy place will have a watching tower on the top and one can enjoy panoramic views of Mathura, Agra and river Yamuna from there.
