Recently Ranveer was seeing
airing him about the kissing scene in a recent interview, saying, "I hope
that there will be no objection to the kiss because it's a beautiful kiss. I
hope they don't cut the duration because it's a long kiss. It's the best kiss
you'll ever see in a Hindi movie."
Now the fears of the actor has
come true as the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) has been asked to
tame the lip lock. Bhansali has been asked to edit the steamy moment, which
comes in the end of the film, by a good 50 per cent.
A source told,
"Bhansali had no choice but to comply. Else he wouldn't have got a U/A
certificate, which in turn would have cut down on the film's reach."
News is that 'Ram Leela' has
been given 12 cuts in all and sources say that the nip and tuck could water
down the passionate love story.
