Comedy King Brahmanandam son Gowtam’s “Basanthi” released world-wide Today i.e 28-02-2014 and debutant Alisha Begh has played female lead role opposite to Gowtham. Melody Bramha has scored music for this flick. Chaitanya Dantaluri has directed this film and Start Camera Pictures banner produced this film.


Coming to the story, the movie is not all about love and college life, it has Terrorism and political backdrop. The director Chaitanya Dantuluri tried something different here and he done fantastic job.

Arjun (Gautham) is a Basanti Arts College student and all the time follows his soul and enjoys college life with his friends Abbas (Ranadir), Malli (Dhanraj) and Swathi. In a wedding event Arjun (Gautham) finds his sweetheart Roshini (Alisha Baig) and he flinches ensuing her. However tiny does he comprehend that one instance flings his life into a danger. Afterwards, he fights to get his life back on track. How he came out from that incident that forms the heart of the story. 


Final Cut: If you haven't viewed a good Telugu movie from the last few months, then Basanthi would be the movie for you.
