South Indian ace director
Shankar says that shooting for his upcoming romantic action thriller
"Ai" will be completed as soon as they wrap up the final song with model
actress Amy Jackson. He is preparing it for a summer release.
The movie ‘Ai’ has been on sets
for close to two years. Visual effects company Weta, which has worked on movies
such as "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" trilogy,
has been working on the special effects of the movie.
"'A to Y' of 'Ai' is finished
after lot of steeplechases. Chiyan Vikram and Weta's shoot was finished by Feb
25. 'Z' - left is only one song with Amy," Shankar posted on his Facebook

in the lead, "Ai" also features Upen Patel, Suresh Gopi and Santhanam
are in vital roles.
While a swarm of foreign
technicians have functioned on the movie, Oscar-winning music composer A.R.
Rahman has provided the tunes.
Shankar says the movie may to
be expected come out during summer.
"Frequently asked about
the release. If all is well, 'Ai' will be ready for summer. Since this is a big
film the release depends upon the producer's plan," he further posted.
"Ai" will dub in
Telugu as "Manoharudu" and released.
